Who does GRUBBY’S PRO hire to clean ?

Our team consist of experienced residential house cleaners. All employees go through a background check and are trained for the various cleaning services. 

 

What should I do before you come?

To ensure maximum efficiency customers are welcome to leave a To-Do list as well as clean sheets on the bed. Please put any pets in their crate or the backyard.

 

Do I need to be home for the cleaning service?

No. We understand that because of our working hours some customers might not be home when we arrive. The customer is more than welcome to stay, whatever is more comfortable. 

 

What do you not clean?

We respect our customer's privacy and to ensure the highest quality of service we do not clean dishes, personal items, clothes, and the inside of closets. 

 

Do I need to provide supplies?

No. Our team will arrive with all the supplies needed to clean your home. If you have any preference in the supplies we use, feel free to let us know. 

 

How do I pay?

We accept cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, personal or business check. The information will be provided to you by text.

What is your pet policy?

We are pet friendly, but we ask that pets are in their crate or the backyard during the cleaning.
